Growing up as the daughter of a dyslexic entrepreneur, I discovered at an early age my unique ability to translate information in a calming and constructive way. Some of my fondest memories are my brothers and I poring over paperwork to help my dad draft work documents or pay bills the way other families gathered around jigsaw puzzles. I was so captivated by making connections between ideas in order to help others understand things that I decided to build my career around it.

I still get that same rush from the successful transfer of knowledge when working with customers, colleagues and clients alike. My workplace achievements have consistently been driven by strong intuition, empathy, and a passion for effective communication.

My specialty is integrating instructional strategies throughout onboarding, training, up-skilling, and continued development activities to meet the needs of a diverse worldwide audience. I genuinely thrive while working in the unknown - blazing trails, taking initiative, and designing processes and training solutions where they don’t yet exist.
